Craftsmanship, Stood Behind
Every Gazal frame carries a one‑year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of shipment. Hand‑finished in the tradition of true optical craft, our frames are made to last — and when something falls short of that standard, we make it right.
What's Covered
Manufacturing defects in materials, hinges, joins, and finish for twelve (12) months from the shipment date. Full replacement of the affected frame, subject to inspection.
Everyday Wear
Scratched lenses, accidental damage, loss, improper adjustments, and cosmetic wear from normal use. Warranty covers craftsmanship, not accidents.
How to Start
Contact your sales representative with the order number, frame model, and a photograph of the defect. We'll handle it from there.
